Funding: Grants range from $45,000 to $150,000 per award, with a total funding envelope of approximately $1 million
Project Duration: 12 to 22 months
Eligible Applicants: Legally registered non-governmental organizations (NGOs) with at least 3 years’ experience in women’s leadership, political participation, or human rights advocacy
Priority Groups
Africa-based organizations
Youth-led groups (majority leadership aged 18-35)
Organizations led by or serving marginalized women (e.g., with disabilities, Indigenous/LGBTQI+)
Supported Initiatives
Leadership training and mentoring for women and youth
Strengthening feminist networks and movements
Social norms and narrative-change campaigns
Policies and interventions for women’s access to decision-making environments
