About The Earth Green Voices Bootcamp Programme

The Green Voices Innovation Challenge Bootcamp is designed to empower young leaders in Bangladesh to address climate change and environmental sustainability through innovative, locally relevant solutions. This initiative combines technical climate education, leadership development, and practical project design to foster meaningful youth-led climate action across the country.

The programme recognizes that young people are uniquely positioned to drive change in their communities. By providing participants with the knowledge, skills, and networks needed to develop effective climate interventions, the bootcamp aims to create a generation of informed, capable, and motivated environmental advocates who can translate ideas into tangible impact.

The bootcamp serves as a platform for emerging leaders to deepen their understanding of climate issues while developing practical solutions that address the specific environmental challenges facing Bangladesh a country particularly vulnerable to the effects of climate change.

Programme Structure

The Green Voices Bootcamp brings together selected participants for an intensive learning and design experience. Through a combination of workshops, mentorship sessions, and collaborative project development, participants will:

The Earth Green Voices Bootcamp Programme Requirements

• Women leaders, grassroots organizers, and representatives of youth-led, women-led, or community-based organizations
• Individuals or teams committed to inclusive climate advocacy and meaningful community engagement

The programme seeks participants who demonstrate genuine passion for environmental issues, willingness to learn, and commitment to applying their knowledge for the benefit of their communities. Prior experience in climate work is valuable but not essential; what matters most is the candidate’s motivation and potential to drive change.
