We provide practical content to help women stay confident, grow and develop skills and talents, discover their purpose, remain focused, and excel in their chosen business or career.
At EWB, we also share relevant information about opportunities and events for women worldwide, fashion and beauty tips, and highlight trailblazing women making a meaningful impact in their communities and industries.
As an impact-driven organization, we are highly focused on tech skills and digital literacy. We organize training programs that help women and youth acquire practical skills to work as Virtual Assistants, Data Analysts, Project Coordinators, and Prompt Engineers, showing them how to leverage these skills to secure global opportunities and jobs.
Aligned with SDG 4
We aim to promote quality education for women and run free virtual workshops online and in secondary schools to teach digital literacy. We also organize grassroots tech events to inspire more women and young people to pursue careers in technology and digital fields.

We are also committed to SDG 5 promoting Gender Equality and SDG 1 -No Poverty, working to create equal opportunities for women and youth while supporting economic empowerment and wealth creation.
Through our programs, we aim to help women and young people build sustainable careers, reduce inequalities, and contribute to global prosperity.
