Applications are now open for the 2026 Standard Chartered Ghana Foundation Women In Tech Accelerator. Now in its 6th Cohort, this annual philanthropic programme is led by the Standard Chartered Foundation in partnership with Village Capital. Implemented in Ghana by Ashesi University’s Ghana Climate Innovation Centre, the initiative is designed to empower women-led and women-owned businesses by providing the tools, training, and funding needed to leverage technology. The goal is to help participants build scalable, innovative enterprises that address Ghana’s pressing economic and environmental challenges, driving both sustainable growth and meaningful social impact.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be a Ghanaian woman with at least 50% ownership of a registered business
• Have a business that has been in operation for a minimum of 12 months
• Integrate technology or innovation into the product or service offered
• Demonstrate a clear commitment to social, economic, or environmental impact
• Commit to full participation in the incubation process
