Usage data: device/browser information, IP address, and event logs related to your use of the Platform.

Job-search materials: CVs/résumés, cover letters, job descriptions, role preferences, prompts

Marketing preferences: brand-level opt-ins, unsubscribes.

How we use data

Provide services and improve the Platform: to build, edit, and generate your CV, cover letter, proposal, or grant application.

Opportunity matching: we use your profile information, including year of birth, solely to match you with opportunities that specify year of birth or age as a criterion. We do not use your year of birth for any other purpose.

AI processing

Our platform is powered by an AI API. When you use the platform to generate content (such as a CV or cover letter), we send the minimum necessary information to API providers to generate your response. Your data and responses are not used to train the model of our provider or any other AI model.
