Program Overview
The fellowship aims to strengthen academic and cultural ties between France and the United States by offering young American graduates the chance to study at leading French universities and grandes écoles. This fully funded program covers:
› Tuition and administrative fees at partner institutions
› A monthly living stipend of approximately €1,500
› Round-trip airfare between the United States and France
› Visa fee waivers and full health insurance coverage
› Participation in a unique French-American leadership program featuring lectures, cultural immersion, and professional networking opportunities
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, applicants must:
› Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
› Hold a bachelor’s degree from a U.S. institution (completed between August 2023 and June 2026)
› Be 27 years old or younger as of July 1, 2026
› Have a minimum GPA of 3.7 out of 4.0
› Demonstrate strong leadership, academic excellence, and an interest in French-American relations
