About the Programme
The KAICIID International Fellows Programme is a capacity-building and professional development initiative designed to bring together religious leaders, educators, and practitioners from diverse religious and cultural backgrounds worldwide. Since its inception in 2015, the Programme has trained over 550 fellows from more than 90 countries, representing a broad spectrum of religious traditions. The Programme provides specialized training in dialogue facilitation, interreligious dialogue, intercultural communication, conflict transformation, and social cohesion promotion, empowering participants to advance these vital skills within their communities. It combines in-person and online training with experiential learning, dialogue praxis, and regional engagement.

Eligibility Requirements
Who Can Apply:
- Minimum age: 21 years old
- Experience: A background in religion, interreligious or intercultural dialogue, or peacebuilding is required
- Language: Proficiency in English is required
- Institutional Support: Applicants must have institutional support
Ideal Candidates:
- Religious leaders, educators, and practitioners with a proven ability or potential for advancing interreligious dialogue
- Mid-career professionals with several years of experience and graduate education in their field
- Individuals who are well-grounded in their faith and open to dialogue across differences
Diversity & Cohort Composition:
- Fellows are organized into cohorts of approximately 16–20 participants
- Cohorts are constructed to reflect a balanced diversity of religions, regions, and gender
- The 2026 cohort includes nearly 30 countries across six regions, representing nine religious identities
