About the Program
Applications are now being accepted for the 2026 Fidelity Bank’s HerFidelity Apprenticeship Program. This initiative is designed to provide women and young entrepreneurs with practical, hands-on skills and comprehensive support necessary for building sustainable livelihoods. Through structured training and mentorship, participants are equipped to achieve long-term economic independence.
The program pairs selected individuals with experienced craftspeople and established businesses for organized, on-the-job training experiences. This practical component is supplemented by foundational business education and financial literacy support. Additionally, the program addresses common barriers by offering guidance on tool acquisition, startup preparedness, and effective income management strategies.
