About the Programme

Applications are currently being accepted for the fully funded 12-month WomenLift Health North America Leadership Journey. This programme is designed for talented mid-to-senior career women leaders in health who are ready to explore their authentic leadership through vulnerability and reflection. It provides the tools and strategies for enhancing voice, presence, and influence, all while being supported by a powerful group of peers, mentors, and coaches. The programme imparts contextualized tools and frameworks to address the individual, organizational, and societal challenges that women leaders in global health face today. It offers a safe space for development, fostering an inclusive and diverse network that builds a strong sense of belonging.

Programme Benefits

Participants will gain the following benefits:

• Leadership Development: Explore authentic leadership, enhance voice and influence, and develop strategies for career advancement
• Peer Network: Build a strong, diverse network of women leaders in global health for mutual support and collaboration
• Mentorship & Coaching: Receive guidance from experienced mentors and coaches throughout the journey
• Fully Funded Participation: All program costs, including travel and lodging, are covered
• Time Commitment: The approximate time commitment is 4-8 hours each month

Eligibility Requirements

You are eligible for consideration if you meet all of the following criteria:

• Gender Identity: You identify as a woman
• Professional Focus: You work in a role that focuses on global health (your work and partnerships serve target populations in low- and middle-income countries)
• Experience Level: You have 10–25 years of experience in global health
• Location: You live in Canada or the United States (any nationality is welcome). Participants must reside in Canada or the U.S. for at least 75% of the program to ensure time zone compatibility for peer engagement
