About the Program
The VV Visionaries Program is a partnership between Vital Voices Global Partnership and the Estée Lauder Emerging Leaders Fund, the charitable fund of Estée Lauder. This initiative is designed to support the next generation of emerging leaders who are redefining leadership in their everyday lives. Together with the Estée Lauder Emerging Leaders Fund, the program aims to champion women leaders across diverse sectors, industries, and experiences who are committed to creating positive social impact in their communities and beyond.

Program Benefits
Participants in the VV Visionaries Program will:

• Gain a stronger understanding of what drives their leadership
• Develop a deeper awareness of how to lead inclusive communities
• Embrace taking bold actions to create lasting impact
• Join the Vital Voices global network of more than 47,000 women leaders from around the world
• Receive full access to the network Hub, which offers ongoing continuing education and engagement opportunities
• Earn a certificate of completion after the program

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Identify as a woman
• Be at least 18 years old by May 2026
• Be proficient in English
• Be the founder or co-founder of either:
• A social sector organization (NGO, foundation, social impact initiative); OR
• A social enterprise (a for-profit business with an explicit social impact mission)
• Must not be currently participating in, or have graduated from, another Vital Voices leadership program in 2025 or 2026
