Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the ARM Graduate Trainee Program, applicants must meet all of the following requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) in any discipline from an accredited university
• Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program with a valid discharge certificate
• Maximum of one (1) year post-graduation work experience (recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply)
