About the Program
The Bloomberg Fellows Program supports professionals affiliated with organizations operating on the frontlines of public health issues. Recipients pursue either a Master of Public Health (MPH) or Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) degree at Johns Hopkins, with their collaborating organization playing a key role in the fellowship. After graduation, fellows commit to a service period with their partnering organization to apply their training in real-world contexts.
Eligibility Criteria
- Currently affiliated with an organization operating on the frontlines of public health issues
- Working in one of the five focus areas: addiction and overdose, adolescent health, environmental health, food systems for health, and violence
- Applying for admission to the MPH or DrPH program at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health
Application Details
- Apply for admission to the MPH or DrPH program via the SOPHAS system
- Complete the Bloomberg Fellows application along with documentation about your collaborating organization
