About the Workshop
The SheLeads III Workshop is a residential program that will take place in New Delhi, India, from December 4-5, 2025. The program is designed for women leaders aged 30-55 who possess a strong track record of community engagement and leadership. Through a combination of leadership training, mentorship, and networking opportunities, participants will gain the skills and knowledge needed to advance gender equality and promote inclusive development.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the SheLeads III Workshop, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be a woman aged 30-55 years
• Possess at least a 12th standard educational qualification
• Be fluent in either Hindi or English
• Meet at least one of the following criteria:
  • Previously contested elections at the panchayat, municipal, state, or national level
  • Held a leadership position in a political party
  • Actively engaged in public life for a minimum of five years in governance, policy advocacy, or community development
