For the 2026 FirstBank Pan-African Graduate Trainee Programme, applications are now being accepted. To attract talented young graduates across its African operations and build the next generation of banking leaders, FirstBank is now accepting applications for its 2026 Pan-African Graduate Trainee Programme. One of Africa’s most prominent financial institutions, FirstBank is, with a strong presence across multiple African countries. To developing local talent and building a pipeline of future leaders who understand the diverse markets in which FirstBank operates, the Pan-African Graduate Trainee Programme reflects the bank’s commitment.
Eligibility Requirements
- A maximum age of 27 years by June 30, 2026, is required
- A minimum of 5 credits (including English and Mathematics) in the Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (SSCE) is required
- University Educational Qualification – A minimum of Second-Class Honours (Lower Division) or HND (Upper Credit) in any discipline is required
- NYSC (Nigeria), NSS (Ghana), NYSS (Sierra Leone) completion by June 30, 2026, is required
