About the Programme

Female Founders Tribe is excited to announce the launch of our 3-month internship program, an impactful opportunity for young women eager to gain practical experience, develop new skills, and make a difference in the entrepreneurial ecosystem across the continent. This internship goes beyond a typical work placement; it is a platform designed to empower women, foster leadership, and support the growth of women-led startups and initiatives. Throughout the programme, participants will work closely with our dedicated team, contribute to meaningful projects, and be involved in activities that directly support women entrepreneurs in Africa. Whether through community outreach, content creation, event organization, or strategic planning, interns will play a vital role in advancing our mission to create an inclusive and vibrant environment for women in business. Over three months, interns will gain valuable hands-on experience in entrepreneurship, leadership, project management, and community engagement. They will also have access to mentorship from industry experts, networking opportunities with influential entrepreneurs and stakeholders, and capacity-building workshops designed to enhance their skills and confidence.
