About the Fellowship
The most pressing challenges of our time require leaders who are equity architects, skilled strategists, data-driven, and able to work across traditional boundaries to solve problems. This 8-month program is designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders equipped to tackle the most pressing challenges of our time. Recognizing that effective leadership today requires being an equity architect, skilled strategist, data-driven, and capable of working across traditional boundaries, the program offers a practical and immersive learning experience. Participants, known as fellows, commit approximately 20 hours per week to engaging with real organizational work that bridges the gap between theory and practice. Throughout the program, they develop essential skills in strategy, leadership, research, data analysis, community engagement, and program design.
