About the Emirates Group Elevate Internship
The Emirates Group Elevate Internship is a fully funded, six-month professional development programme designed to provide students and recent graduates with the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience within one of the world’s leading aviation and travel groups. Based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, the programme offers participants the opportunity to experience a dynamic international working environment while gaining practical knowledge of the aviation, travel and related industries. Throughout the six-month internship, participants are exposed to real-world professional responsibilities and may have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals within the Emirates Group. This practical exposure enables interns to understand how a major global aviation and travel organisation operates, while allowing them to apply knowledge and skills gained through their academic studies to real workplace situations. The programme is also focused on professional and personal development. Interns have the opportunity to strengthen important workplace skills such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, leadership, time management, adaptability and professional decision-making. Working in a multicultural and international environment can also help participants develop a broader understanding of global business practices and workplace cultures. Eligibility Requirements
- Open to all nationalities
- Be in the final year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, OR have graduated less than one year ago
- Have a strong academic record
- Have completed at least one previous internship, preferably with a multinational or international organisation
- Be available to work full-time in Dubai for six months
- Have not previously completed an internship with the Emirates Group
