Challenge statements are published and global companies, startups, and academia are invited to submit proposals which could enhance Singapore’s national security. After evaluating the submitted proposals, shortlisted participants will be invited to pitch their proposals and to address any queries from the evaluation panel, which will comprise all relevant parties.

Benefits of Cap Vista Accelerator – Solicitation 6.0

• Each successful participant will be awarded a fully-funded trial that covers the costs of validating their solution for the use case(s)
• The trial may be in the form of proofs-of-concept, experiments, demonstrations, or any other reasonable ideas as proposed in the submitted application
• Suitable innovators will be awarded within 60 days after the submission deadline
• Awarded providers will gain the opportunity to work directly with end users to showcase and validate their solutions for national security applications
• If the solution demonstrates success and good potential, Cap Vista aims to scale it quickly

• Challenge 02: Reliable Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) solutions
• Challenge 03: Rapidly generating and stress-testing alternative Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-UAS) Courses of Action (COA)
• Challenge 04: Innovative solutions to counter unauthorised Uncrewed Underwater Vehicles (UUVs) in maritime environments
