About the Program

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) Young Professionals Program (YPP) is a structured talent management program designed to build on early-career professionals’ training and experience, providing a foundation for a challenging and rewarding career in international development. Young Professionals are seen as potential future leaders contributing to ADB’s Strategy 2030 goal of building a prosperous, inclusive, resilient, and sustainable Asia and the Pacific. Established in 1966 and owned by 69 member countries, 50 from the region, ADB provides participants direct exposure to development instruments including loans, technical assistance, grants, and policy advice across Asia and the Pacific.
