Accelerate Her Future Fellowship 2026 – Canada (For Women in Business & STEM)

Applications are now being welcomed for the Accelerate Her Future Fellowship 2026. Indigenous, Black and racialized women in Canada launching their careers in business and STEM are the focus of this 10-week AHF Fellowship Circle, a program meticulously crafted for this specific community. The enhancement of social capital and career readiness skills forms the core of this initiative.

Participants selected as Fellows will gain access to a specially designed program that offers small-group mentorship, networking events, and career readiness labs. This experience facilitates the building of genuine peer connections, provides guidance from established industry leaders, and includes participation in dynamic career preparation workshops led by expert facilitators.

Key Details of the program

  • Immerse in Career Readiness Bootcamp: A weekend-long interactive digital bootcamp awaits participants. Insights on distinguishing oneself during interviews will be shared by dynamic speakers, while small coaching circles and speed networking sessions are available to strengthen interview capabilities.
  • Hone Your Career Advocacy Skills: Four Career Learning Labs on relevant topics will be offered, with content customized to address each cohort’s specific requirements. Previous subjects have included conquering imposter syndrome, crafting a personal brand through narrative, creating a fulfilling career path, and authentic networking strategies.
  • Engage in Candid Career Conversation: Small Mentorship Circles comprising one to two mentors and a peer group will be organized. Four meetings will be held throughout the program, providing a confidential environment for open dialogue about career paths.
  • Make Space for Self-care: Wellness sessions led by facilitators will be integrated into the program, offering practices developed specifically for the experiences of Indigenous, Black, and racialized women.
