About the Programme
Applications are now open for the 2026/2027 DHL Gen Z Programme. DHL is looking for ambitious, driven, and enthusiastic young people to join its DHL Gen Z Programme. This 12-month internship programme is designed to provide hands-on experience within one of the world’s leading logistics companies. Participants will gain practical exposure, develop valuable workplace skills, and build a strong foundation for their future careers. The DHL Gen Z Programme is more than an internship. It is an opportunity to gain real-world experience, develop professional skills, and become part of a company recognised globally for excellence, innovation, and its commitment to people. Participants will have the chance to learn from industry experts, contribute to meaningful work, and discover their potential in an environment where personal growth and development are encouraged.
Eligibility Requirements
Candidates could be the perfect fit if they:
- Are between 18 and 25 years old
- Have recently completed Grade 12/Matric
- Have a post-matric qualification (Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent)
- Have no prior work experience
- Have good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Demonstrate good numerical ability
- Have intermediate computer and MS Office skills
- Are eager to learn, grow, and contribute
- Have not previously participated in the YES Programme
