Requirements
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Clear and professional accent suitable for the US market.
- Minimum of six (6) months of experience in customer service, cold calling, or telemarketing.
- Hands-on experience using CRM systems and dialers.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound and inbound customer interactions professionally.
- Conduct cold calls and follow-up communications.
- Update and manage customer records using CRM tools.
- Deliver excellent customer support and maintain client satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Confident communicators who are proactive and comfortable engaging with customers in the US market environment are being sought.
Location: Remote (Open to African Candidates Only)
Pay Rate: $600 – $800 per month
