About the Awards
The Federal Government of Nigeria is awarding ₦1 billion in grants to help micro, small and medium-scale enterprises (MSMEs) across the country. The National MSME Award seeks to provide financial support to Nigerian businesses with cash and moral support. Winners will also receive mentorship and guidance from government agencies. The National MSME Awards is an annual and week-long activity tailored to honour outstanding indigenous MSMEs. The week-long activity captures the International MSME Week, an Expanded National MSME Clinic, business exhibition/plenary sessions, as well as a gala/award night to encourage MSMEs across the country. In past years, winners in different categories have gone home with various prizes that have impacted their businesses and profiles cash prizes, cars, and local and international media attention.

Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the Federal Government of Nigeria National MSME Award, applicants must:
- Be Nigerian citizens
- Own or operate a registered MSME
- Be at least 18 years old
- Operate within one of the approved sectors
- Have an active CAC business registration
Eligible Business Categories: The award is open to MSMEs across various sectors, including manufacturing, agriculture, technology, services, creative industries, and others.

- Sex (Male or Female)
- Date of Birth (minimum application age is 18)
