About the Program
The Dalai Lama Fellows Program is rooted in ethical, contemplative, and community-based values. Through the program’s “Head, Heart, and Hands” leadership curriculum, fellows will develop emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and inclusive values.
What to Expect
As a fellow, you’ll have the opportunity to:

- Attend a fully funded 5-day Contemplative Leadership Assembly in the United States
- Engage in monthly virtual learning and coaching sessions

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be between 20-36 years old as of April 1, 2026
- Be fluent in written and spoken English
- Be currently leading or launching a social change project
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to inner work and community engagement
